  Took my galaxy in to here when half of the screen went out for no apparent reason. I had troubleshooted it myself without luck and figured since it was still under warranty I'd go in and have them help me get a replacement. They can't do that here. The lady told me there was absolutely nothing she could do to help me there. She told me to call the 800 number so they could troubleshoot with me. She also suggested the cooperate store on Delta Waters might be able to help, but she wasn't sure. I was pretty annoyed, but decided to go to delta waters store. Went in and had a replacement phone ordered at no cost within a matter of minutes. If you need anything other than to buy a phone or sign up with Verizon don't waste your time here got over to Delta waters store instead. Why even have a store if they can't help their customers?
