  Ordered a custom leather couch before moving. Terra Firma did not check the furniture/leather when it arrived to their warehouse. They stored it until I ready for it in my new home in Bend. The couch was done in the wrong leather. It didn't go with my other furnishings and was just down right cheap looking. The couch was 4900.00 but because of my large purchase, I got 10% off. After several months of discussion, Chrissy, the owner, said they could do a 500.00 refund. I feel that was very unfair and will never shop there again. I will also not refer any of my friends to their store. They obviously do not stand behind their product!!
