  I purchased a new plan back in October under the impression I was getting 2 free phones. That they would charge me for them each month but then I would get a credit, so they would be free. I asked the salesman several times in the 2 hour period I was there getting my phones set up "are you sure they are both free" He said yes I assure you they are both free. A few months later I notice that I was being charged for one of the phones and not getting a credit. I called the 800 number argued with them about it, then finally went into the store and spoke with the manager and he wouldn't do anything about it. So basically the sales people at this store apparently are taught to tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale. I am completely disgusted with the whole situation and if it didn't cost me a grand to get out of the contract I would be switching to METRO PCS where it would cost me 80/month rather than 200/month for 2 lines. I would never recommend this store or AT&T for that matter to anyone, as soon as my contract is up I'm out! SO if your reading this review to decide to go with this company DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!
