Samuels cashed the check, but did not credit the finance account. Now Samuels has my money, the finance company is hounding me for payment, late fees and interest are piling up. Samuels Jewelry WILL NOT call the finance company to straighten this out. My credit is going down the toilet as I type. This is criminal theft, bank fraud!
