  We have not been happy with our adjustable bed since we purchased it 15 months ago. I thought, when I was first dealing with my salesman, that I had made it clear that I was needing the King/Split adjustable bed for my husband who is ill. I thought I had made it clear that he was a big man, 6’6” and 300 lbs., and one of his issues was that he found it difficult to breath when laying flat. So we felt the adjustable would work perfect. Shortly after we purchased the bed system, we had issues of the mattresses splitting apart. You did fix that issue, however I was told that any other issues would not be dealt with. In another words, a one-time fix (your words, not mine!). What I have finally determined is that because it is a pillow-top, it naturally creates an “abyss” between the mattresses. My husband, because he’s a big man, falls into that abyss, so consequently not able to get any sleep. I had decided that we were stuck with the mattress system since I was told it was the one-time fix, and quite frankly just gave up dealing with you any further. So the reason I am writing now, is because a friend of mine who bought from another local business, had issues for 4 years with their King adjustable, and this business replaced her system at no charge! Couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I’m not asking Medford Mattress for a replacement, however I wanted them to listen to my concerns and help figure out the problem we were having, which they never did. No calls from them to follow-up. No nothing! Buying a mattress system in this day and age is a whole lot harder than in the past. Medford Mattress is the professional and should take it upon themselves to educate their prospective customers and that just didn’t happen. Or at least they didn’t care enough to make sure their customer was happy. In fairness, it was determined that my friend’s mattress had an issue of sinking in the middle. I really didn’t want to write this but because of the cost and the claim you make in your commercials, I just felt it necessary.

  So! I wanted a new bed with storage, spent two days on line trying to find a new pedestal bed with storage. Most of the beds I could find were made of pressed wood products and took great lengths to hide the fact in there descriptions. The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I’ll check with Medford Mattress first.
