  The whole interaction was positive. Drew was friendly and informative. He encouraged my son and I to play around a bit to learn more about the mattresses, which helped me to better understand the different types and features. He told me about the various sales, which eventually led to me knowing that Garrison's had the best deal among the various places I had looked at. Drew also helped us figure out the most advantageous financing situation. My kids enjoyed having a complimentary beverage while we took care of the paperwork. Justin and Jake made the delivery on a Saturday, which was very convenient for us, since we work during normal "office hours". They were super polite, efficient and attentive to cleanliness. It was really a perfect purchase interaction from start to finish.

  Linda was my sales person and she was terrific. She seemed to know just what I was looking for. Then, on delivery day, Butch and Jacob went above and beyond. I had purchased a bed frame elsewhere which was vexing me, and they put it together for me. This extra help was so much appreciated. A very positive experience, start to finish.
