  If you want to return something, be ready for them to pass the buck and blame others for their mistakes. Tried to return over ordered back splash, handed the box to Dave himself, who did nothing with it. Got a call 11 days later that the return policy through the manufacturer had expired. It wouldn't have expired if they had done their job to get it returned. Just got fed a bunch of lies and excuses. I will never deal with this company again. Extremely disappointed in their so called "customer service", and I didn't even get an apology from them for dropping the ball on their part. They are quick to take your money, but hell if they want to give it back! They don't even deserve 1 star!
