  I just want to say that I was very satisfied with my first stop at this place. However , my second stop I needed a motherboard. Nice and simple I got my motherboard drove back to Ashland , ops they forgot a key component. Okay called them back , no sorry, nothing , just a “I think I have something here”. I get there again treated like I’m asking them to go out of the way for me and it’s STILL THE WRONG COMPONENT. Now I’m not driving back again and never will but I’m giving you guys 4 out of 5 because my first experience was so good. Paying attention to detail and a little humility would have gone a long way. #bestbuycustomerforlife
