I have used Connecting Point for several years, without any complaints. I always know that any problems I have will be resolved by the super employees who work there. I especially revere JAMES who has set up and worked on my system. He is professional, respectful and doesn't talk or explain things over my tech level. I have faith and trust in this shop.
